Born in Istanbul, studied economics and after college got some certificate programs at UPENN for a year. After 13 years of experience on Marketing Communication with an urge to soul search, attended many workshops and seminars as NLP, bioenergy, coactive coaching, transformal breathing, quantum healing etc. Then came across with The LifeCo.
Got a life change program at Hippocrates Health Institute on raw food basically, lost 50 kg., moved to Bodrum and started working at The LifeCo as the Program Manager. Helped 25.000 people detox & heal -one to one- in 12 years from all around the world but mostly from Lebanon, Romania and UK. Also, have a certificate on MindBody Eating from the Institute of Psychology of Eating.
Her best quality is that she would introduce you to the best solutions (therapy, treatment or the therapist) you need as wellness wise. She is the perfect connector in that sense globally.
She hold retreats many times with famous nutritionist, TV broadcaster and best-selling author Amanda Hamilton and featured in documentary movie called Healing Appetite and hosted the participants together, sponsored by The LifeCo.
Co-worked with wellness trainer Farid Alipour who is an expert on thai-chi, tea ceremony, yoga&meditation.
Hold MindDetox Retreats at The LifeCo many times with Sandy Newbigging. Sandy is a coaching and meditation expert, award-winning speaker, bestselling author and creator of Calmology.
Hosted Stuart Bold as visiting therapist who is highly experienced, professional teacher and practitioner, specialising in evidence-based integrated health & wellbeing; meditation; mindfulness; and bio-field, energy-based treatments.
Hosted Maya Fiennes for Kundalini Yoga retreats twice who is a yogi, and author of “Yoga for Real Life" book.
