Cause now the healing effects of green juices revealed with lots of researches and even documentary movies like Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead about a guy who fasted for 2 months with mostly green juices and lost 37 kg’s and healed many discomforts in his body.

How to Prepare a Green Juice?

First of all let’s take a look at how easy to prepare this miraculous drink.

You put all those ingredients to a juicer; green leafy vegetables especially dark green ones such as kale, spinach, chard, arugula, parsley, basil, dill, celery stalk, together with lemon and cucumber to dilute the drink.
